LIABILITY & RISK ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE

The Central Conference is inviting church leaders across the conference to complete the Risk and Liability Assessment Questionnaire. This tool is designed to help us better understand current practices, identify potential areas of vulnerability, and promote a culture of preparedness and care within our churches.

CLERGY CREDENTIALS
