Karen Palmberg assists local Covenant churches with pastoral searches and addresses ministry inquiries made by leaders of local churches.

Rev. Anthony Thomas

Director of Clergy & Congregational Care

Rev. Anthony Thomas provides support, care, and resourcing to Central Conference (CC) pastors, lay leaders, and congregations.

Patty Shepherd

Central Conference Manager

Patty Shepherd serves as the Central Conference manager for the conference administration, ministries and staff.

Rev. Abraham Bejarano

Church Planting Coach

Rev. Abraham Bejarano provides coaching and support to the church planters in the Central Conference. He also walks alongside churches in our conference being adopted into the ECC.

Rev. Steve Burger

Children & Youth Ministries Coordinator

Rev. Steve Burger is responsible for encouraging and coordinating the children and youth ministry efforts in the Central Conference. He works alongside the children and youth coaches of our conference.

Steve Dawson

Central Conference Accountant

Steve Dawson manages the Central Conference financial operations, working alongside the conference superintendent, providing insights and support for conference budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
