The Central Conference includes more than 300 credentialed pastors, chaplains, administrators, and other ministers in the churches, organizations and ministries of this region.

  • Central Conference Ministerial Association – The Central Conference Ministerial Association is a professional organization to support and advocate for ministers in this region and nationally.
  • Pastors’ Clusters – Pastors’ Clusters (and youth pastors’ cluster) meet throughout the region on a monthly basis for collegiality and collaborative ministry. Call the Central Conference office at (773) 267-3060 for information.
  • Sustaining Pastoral Excellence – Ministers are encouraged to pursue pastoral excellence in competence, character, and constancy. Learn more about sustaining pastoral excellence here.
  • Midwest Ministry Development Center - An exclusive agreement with the Midwest Ministry Development Center provides care and counseling to Covenant ministers at a discounted rate. Inquire about accessing their services.
  • CovConnect – CovConnect (formerly “CovLink”) is a web-based program which matches churches seeking staff to candidates seeking a call.
