Overview

Healthy churches produce healthy Christians and with a commitment to congregational assessment, confidential relationships, conflict resolution, mutual accountability, and the training and development of staff and leadership, the Central Conference journeys with every church toward health and growth.

Tools for Church Health

Churches are encouraged to regularly draw upon resources that produce healthy, missional ministry in their contexts. Seminars, articles, speakers, or formal processes are available to member churches of the Central Conference here and through the Director for Church Revitalization, and the Director for Ministry Development.

Churches Planting Ministries

Grants are available to churches planting ministries for their congregation and communities.

Apply for a grant:

Make a gift to provide grants to additional churches for new or growing ministries in their community. Send to the Central Conference, 3319 W. Foster Avenue, Chicago IL 60625.

Vitality Circle

Healthy, missional churches engage in routine cycles of renewal in their ministry, and many of our churches are embarking on formal journeys of revitalization using a Natural Church Development model with assessments, custom coaching, partnerships, and specialized events.
